CYBERSECURITY COACHING
Many organizations look at cyber securityas an IT manager. When information security only consists of standard security such as having to log in, the experts at Cert2Connect immediately start ringing alarm bells. Based on such experiences in practice, we have therefore developed the cyber securitycoaching service.
Based on an inventory of what cyber security is and how it is being worked, we develop a plan with a timeline. Through workshops, roundtables, guidance, advice, hands-on tips and cyber securitytraining on the job, we teach IT administrators to look at cyber securitythrough the eyes of an expert. Thanks to this broader view of security, tools such as Cynet and Cymulate land much better in an organization. Our coaching is pragmatic and we use understandable language.
Cyber security coaching goes beyond creating awareness. We show concretely the dangers of basic security and emphasize the value of offensive testing. For example, if the security only consists of a login screen with a password, we demonstrate what happens if the database is hacked. In the blink of an eye, all passwords are known to cybercriminals and, in a sense, they have free reign.
By showing the vulnerabilities, people better understand that cyber securityextends beyond IT management. They learn to view their own IT organization through the eyes of a hacker and are therefore more aware of the risks.
